Talk to us

Ask us anything. Or just book the demo.

Honest answer first: the fastest way to reach us is to book a free demo class. It puts you in a call with an actual teacher within a few days, and almost every question people email us โ€” which level to start at, whether their keyboard is good enough, how the schedule works, what it costs โ€” is answered better there than over email.

Three ways to reach us

Pick whichever suits you

We are a small team, so replies come from a person, not a ticketing system. Expect an answer within one working day.

  • Email

Best for detailed questions, invoices, rescheduling a block of classes, or anything you want in writing.

    admin@tuneepicenter.com
  • WhatsApp

Best for quick things: a question before you book, or telling your teacher you will be five minutes late.

    Open a WhatsApp chat
  • A free demo class

Thirty minutes, one-on-one, no card details. You meet the teacher, play something, and get a straight recommendation on where to start.

Send a message

Write to us directly

Four fields, one working day. Your message goes straight to the people who teach the classes โ€” not to a ticket queue.

  • A real person reads and replies โ€” never an autoresponder.
  • Ask about levels, scheduling, equipment or exam prep.
  • Prefer to talk? Ask for a call and we will arrange one.

We reply within one working day.

Where we teach

Online, wherever you are

Tune Epicenter has no campus. Every class happens on a video call, so your location matters only for finding a time that suits both of us.

Countries we currently teach and price for

  • India
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Philippines
  • Brazil
  • Hungary

Somewhere else? Write to us anyway. We schedule around the student, so the only real constraint is finding a weekly slot that works in both time zones.

Writing to us? Include these four things

It saves a round of emails and lets us answer properly the first time.

  1. Who the classes are for, and their age.
  2. Which instrument or subject, and any experience they already have.
  3. What you have at home to practise on โ€” a keyboard or piano, a guitar, or nothing yet.
  4. Your city or time zone, and the days that usually work.

Please do not send payment details, identity documents or anything sensitive by email or WhatsApp. See our privacy policy for how we handle the information you send us.

Still deciding? Take the free class first.

Thirty minutes with a teacher will tell you more than any email exchange. Nothing to pay, nothing to cancel.
