Acoustic Guitar

A guitar lets you carry your music with you. It makes up for a steeper learning curve with an exponentially higher coolness factor.

The acoustic guitar is a staple of social performances, but once you go deep into it, you are introduced to a ton of possibilities:

Accompany yourself while singing, play various genres like blues, jazz, country, pop, fingerstyle, etc., or pick up a nylon string guitar and go the classical route.

FAQs

Why do electric and acoustic guitar have the same level 1 syllabus?

Despite the differences in the way the two instruments work, the concepts are the same. Once you are familiar with the basics of music theory, sight reading and guitar fretboard, you can decide which of those two you wanna choose for level 2.
